The Restaurant International Consultant's (RIC) website scored an F on our Design Score test. It failed for a few reasons. First, it has not been updated since 2008. Second, the site it not equipped to generate or capture leads. Finally, it did not pass Google's Mobile Friendly test, which hurts his ability to be found on the internet.
We made two major changes to the award-winning restaurant consultant's website. We took it from inaccessible to mobile friendly by created a site that is easily accessed on mobile phones and tablets. Then we added a high-value offer, which always a call to action result in a dramatic increase in lead generation.
The work of Collective Resilience, lead by the Ernest Duff, a thirty-year nonprofit Executive, founded his consulting company in intellect and an extraordinary broad playbook of experience. As a new business owner, however, his website fell short in generating leads.
In our redesign, to capture the audience's attention we tugged on emotional heart strings of the visitor by displaying a beautiful hero image that would keep the visitor on the site. Once we had the visitor's attention, we then presented a compelling and valuable offer to Ernest's target audience. By understanding his target audience, Ernst now has the tools in place to turn visitors into clients.
Master Leadership Coach and speaker, Jim Milner struggled with his website. In addition to his website not doing its job as a marketing tool, as you can see from this clip, Jim's site was not functioning properly, reflecting poorly on his company.
Our first step for the Sector Management Consulting Group's redesign was to eliminate the "junk drawer" design style. Instead, we gave Jim's site clear navigation and simple architecture. By not overwhelming the visitor, potential clients can consume Jim's message with ease in contrast to digging for the valuable nuggets of information.

This diagram visually showed the IAC board members how their website, CRM, and testing application were not talking to each other. Changes to each of these databases required the IAC to pay someone to manually enter the data into all three systems. This became expensive, time-consuming, and not consistent.
We used this exact diagram to visually explain the system we proposed. Our clients are brilliant coaches, but describing the technology behind our proposal was overwhelming. By offering visuals we were able to share our ideas so the IAC could make an informed decision.
